★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pınarbaşının güzide restoranlarından biridir. Yöresel lezzetleri çok güzel. Pınarbaşına ait yöresel tat kara çorbası harika. Peynirli mantısını ve tatlı olarak da baklavası da çok güzel. Aydın bey ve Faik beye ilgi alakalarından ve güzel tatlarından dolayı teşekkür ederiz.
It is one of the distinguished restaurants of Pınarbaşı. Local flavors are very good. The local taste black soup of Pınarbaşı is wonderful. Its ravioli with cheese and baklava for dessert are also very good. We would like to thank Mr. Aydın and Mr. Faik for their interest and good taste.

Güncelleme yapıyorum kahvaltıya da buraya geldik sahibi olan Aydın Bey çok iyi bir insan. Kendini tüm Pınarbaşından sorumlu hissediyor. Kaldığımız yer iyi miydi, insanlar nasıl davrandı her şeyi sorup yardımcı olmak istiyor. Gelen konuklarla çok ilgili, herkesin masasına gidip 2 cümle laf etmeden ayrılmıyor. Geleni gideni kapıda karşılıyor.
No need to tell. It's a place that has made a name for itself. Black Soup, salad, home baklava, custom made banduma are excellent. Prices are also very affordable
I'm making an update, we came here for breakfast, the owner Mr. Aydın is a very good person. He feels responsible for all Pınarbaşı. Was the place we stayed good, how did people behave, they want to ask everything and help. He is very interested in the guests, he does not leave without going to everyone's table and saying 2 sentences. He greets those who come and go at the door.

Master Fayik and brother Aydın's black soup with cranberry and turkey is excellent quality, I recommend it to everyone. The bread is special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kara Çorbayı mutlaka deneyin. Bölgeye özgü kızamık bitkisi ile ekşilendirilmiş tavuk suyu çorba olur kendisi. Çorbanın yanında taze mısır ekmeği, kaydirik(çiçekli mancar), turşu, taze salata ve su ikramdır. 10 tl ile çok hesaplı. Gözüm doymadı, üzerine bir de mantı söyledim. Efsaneydi. Horma kanyonuna giderken sağda dönerken soldadır. ?
Be sure to try the Black Soup. Chicken broth soured with barberry plant specific to the region becomes a soup itself. Along with the soup, fresh cornbread, kaydirik (flowering mushroom), pickles, fresh salad and water are offered. Very affordable with 10 TL. I couldn't get enough of it, and I ordered ravioli on it. It was legendary. It is on the right when going to Horma canyon and on the left when turning. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been there three days ago, which was low season. This seems to be one of the best restaurant around the region. Mantı was very delicious, as we tried both of them ie. one with cheese and the other with mince. This is not regular Kayseri type mantı but better than it. The next day we were at Köylüm for breakfast, this was also very nice especially the very original and aromatic honey that they served. We tried kara çorba (the soup) which was made of an endemic plant living there and chicken. The bread was also original, cooked there and served warm by the help of stove. The owner of the place Aydın Abi is also very friendly and helpful to the visitors of the town. I strongly recommend to try Köylüm’s original and yummy dishes, as you will miss a lot otherwise.

The best part - it’s as organic as it gets - real honey, real chicken, warm fresh bread and homemade desserts!
The price is very very good !

At Köylüm we had the local magic soup, kebab, manti and tea and we’re charged only 75 lira 70. That’s less than 9 euros for three courses per head and some of the best Turkish manti we had.
So good- I put it all to rhyme, please go have dinner here, if you have time.
