After the inadequate service I received from the ttnet internet provider for many years, the 100 Mbps to 50 Mbps internet service offered by Köyceğiznet reminded us that we are in the 21st century. Only 10% loss in the promised speed, which is normally experienced in connection with wifi, is about doing their job properly in my personal opinion. Let's come to the post-installation service. This is not my criticism of ttnet right employees, but ttnet and its institutionalism; It's absolutely irrelevant. They see people like cows to be milked, sorry. Somehow, the corporate service they provide with the understanding that we are the leader of the market is a complete disgrace. Koycegiz netmi; I had a problem once after the installation and the record I opened to the call record was resolved in exactly 120 minutes and the right employees; I congratulate them for their professional approach, even if they are not institutional like ttnet. Institutionalism is just smugness in my eyes. Support for local companies is in our hands. Would I recommend it, definitely yes, my other ttnet subscriptions are over, my preference is Köyceğiznet whether it is fiber or not.
