Genel merkez müşteri temsilcisinin "değiştirebilirsiniz" dediği ürünleri buradakiler değiştirmemek için kendilerini paralıyor. Yıllardır defalarca alışveriş yaptım, artık alışveriş yok burdan. Daha önce de sıkıntılı çalışanları vardı, müşteriye tepeden bakan, kibirli konuşan. Oysa hepi topu orda kasiyer veya satış danışmanı olarak çalışan emekçisiniz nihayetinde. Üslûp, jest-mimik, ve hâl hareket dersine tabi tutulması gerekiyor, burada çalışanlar.
