Tam söylemişken yarım, sade söylemişken turşulu soğanlı vs. Anladığım kadarıyla bizim siparişler de yanlış yere gidiyor. Ama özür dilemek ya da değiştirelim vs demek yok. Sırf o kurye çocuklar mağdur olmasın diye kabul ediyorum siparişleri doğru hazırlayıp üzerinde düzgün şekilde adres yazsanız bu problemi ortadan kaldırırsınız. Müşteriniz çok ama memnuniyet sıfır. Tavsiye etmiyorum bir daha da sipariş vermeyi düşünmüyorum
I have been ordering 2 times. They are both very slow and my orders are coming wrong. Just speaking, half, plain speaking, pickled onions, etc. As far as I understand our orders are also going to the wrong place. But there is no apology or a change, etc. I accept just so that courier children are not victims, if you prepare the orders correctly and write the address on it properly, you will eliminate this problem. You have lots of customers but no satisfaction. I do not recommend, I do not intend to order again.

Artık o müşterilerin alındığı alanın bir elden geçmesi kapı pencerenin falan elden geçmesi gerekiyor. Sonuçta 100 yıllık tarihi mekan değil ilk açıldığı günü korumaya çalışıyorsunuz. Ayrıca içerdeki o koca tavuk firması reklamı falan çok itici. Küçük ama sevimli bir mekan yaratmak zor değil.
Same quality same service for years. But people are waiting for an innovation, a change of decor etc. Now, the area where those customers are taken needs to be overhauled, door and window or something. After all, you are trying to preserve the day it was first opened, not a 100-year-old historical place. Also, that big chicken company advertisement or something inside is very repulsive. Creating a small but cute space is not difficult.

Hiçbir özür veya değiştirelim gibi teklif ve nezaket üslubu yok. Sabahları çıkan TAVUK ÇORBASININ da konseptten neden çıkarıldığına anlam veremedim. İstanbul’un özel bir bölgesinde tarihi bir yer değil ben buna rağmen neden hâlâ aynı şekilde duruyor anlam veremiyorum. Daha çekici, daha aknenizi olan bir dekor sağlanabilir.
I've never had a problem with taste and meticulousness until today. However, only 1 out of 40 orders comes as desired. No apology or no offer or courtesy like let's change. I couldn't understand why the CHICKEN SOUP, which came out in the morning, was also removed from the concept. It is not a historical place in a special part of Istanbul, but I can't understand why it still stands the same. A more attractive, more acne-prone decor can be provided.
