★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Незнаю, как обслуживание в техническом формате, но заинтересованности сотрудников в клиенте не заметил- зашел, подошёл к ресепшену, мне указали куда идти, интересовал отдел мото. Находился там минут 10/15, никто так и не подошёл, пока я сам не подошёл к мило беседовавшим двум сотрудникам на этом этаже, в поле зрения которых я беспечно бродил и рассматривал экипировку. Только после этого один из них позвонил и пригласил сотрудника мото отдела.
I don’t know how the service is in a technical format, but I didn’t notice the employees' interest in the client - I went in, went to the reception, they told me where to go, I was interested in the motorcycle department. I was there for 10/15 minutes, no one came up until I myself approached the two employees who were talking nicely on this floor, in whose field of vision I was carelessly wandering around and examining the equipment. Only after that one of them called and invited an employee of the motorcycle department.

İlgi,alaka 0. BMW Kosifler Oto’ya yakışmayan bir müşteri memnuniyeti. 0 yıldız verebilsem verirdim.
They said that even though I arrived early for my 11.30 appointment at 11.20, I would return within 30 minutes, my vehicle would be delivered, and the battery could not be replaced under warranty even though my vehicle was in use. Interest, relevance 0. Customer satisfaction that does not suit BMW Kosifler Oto. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Mechanics will not understand the problem and you will be charged a ridiculous price for absolutely nothing and end up going to a different BMW service who will fix your car for a 10% of the price than Kosifler with lot less time. Listen to a guy who’s been to this place 4 times.
