e	erdinc ozenli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bu firmadan kapı aldıdıgım için pişman oldum ...kapıların boyasıyla showroom dakinin alakası yok..iki kere eksiklerini yapmaya geldiler olmadı.işçilere niye boyle oldu diye sorunca 6 senede 6 kere kapıya zam yaptıklarını ama işçilere zam yapılmadığını söylediler..firma yetkilisine soylediğimde git bildiğin yere şikayet et diyen bir kurumsal firma yoneticisi var..kapıların kasalarında boya akıntısı, biri hiç yerine bile oturmuyor,her kapının kilit yerinde birinininde üzerinde çatlak var..sanki mdf kalmamış gibi kasalarda ek yeri onuda boyacı kapatamamış yani tam anlamıyla rezalet.... b	bekir candan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Üç yıl önce bir tadilatçı ile anlaşarak kapılarımı yeniledim.Kapı seçimlerini Köseoğlu Kapıdan yaptık.Takıldıktan bir kaç ay sonra kapı pervazlarında açılmalar meydana geldi.Tadilatçı beni üç yıl oyaladı[bu benim hatam].Bu seneki Ağustos ayında Köseoğlu Kapıyı telefonla aradım.Telefonu açan kendisini Hasan Bey olarak tanıttı.Bana garanti süresinin dolduğunu ancak tadilatçım tarafından mağdur edildiğim için ve yardımcı olmak için bir eleman göndereceklerini söyledi.Anı zamanda Hasan Bey benim kapıların imal edildiği tarihlerde makinalarda bir arıza bulunduğunu pervazlarda ki açılmanın bundan kaynaklanabileceğini söyledi.Ve eleman gönderdiler.Eleman durumu tespit etti ve bir numune pervaz parçası alarak gitti.Yine kendisini Dilek Hanım olarak tanıtan bayan ile de durumu telefonla teyit ettik.15 gün sonra durumu sormak için telefon açtığımda telefonu şu anda ismini hatırlayamadığım bir bayan açtı.Bana yardımcı olamayacaklarını Hasan Beyin olaya vakıf olmadığı için bana öyle söylediğini .Hasan Beyin mali işlerle ilgilendiğini beyan etti.Ayrıca ilk önce benim kapıların kendileri tarafından yapılmadığını söyledi;sonra tadilatçımın kendilerine borcu olduğunu söyledi!!!Ben o sırada şehir dışında olduğum için Ankara'ya dönünce uğrayacağımı söyleyerek telefonu kapattık.14.10.2020 tarihinde firmaya gittim .Kapıdan girince ismini bilmediğim orta yaşlı bir bayan ile(kapıdan girince en son masayı kullanan siyah saçlı) muhatap olduk.Durumu anlattım.Tadilatçımın kendilerine borcu olduğunu yardımcı olamayacaklarını söyledi.Ben de konuşmanın bir yerinde (Hasan Beyin sözünü dayanak alarak) konuştuğum kapı ustalarının Köseoğlu Kapının ürettiği kapıların pervazlarındaki yapıştırmalarda sorun yaşadıklarını söylediklerini ;dolayısıyla kendilerinin hatalı olabileceğini söyledim.Bunun üzerine bayan çirkinleşti.Sizin muhatabınız biz değiliz diye sesini yükseltti.Bana böyle birşey diyemeyeceğimi söyledi.Ben de hakaret etmediğim sürece kendisine istediğimi söyleyebileceğimi söyledim.Bayan da bunun üzerine yüksek sesle söylenerek içeri gitti yani beni ve eşimi kovmuş oldu.Bu arada diğer personel gayet normal davrandı.Ben hatalı üretim olduğunu düşündüğüm için firmayı sorumlu buluyorum.Ben hatanın giderilmesi içi 3000 TL. zarar ettim.Üç yıldır uğraştığım da cabası.Bilmiyorum yorumları sorumlular okuyor mu?Benim tavsiyem firma telefonları yetkisiz,bilgisiz!!! kişilere açtırmasın.Bir de müşteri hani velinimetti?En önemlisi de NEZAKET,NEZAKET,NEZAKET Three years ago, I agreed with a repairer and renewed my doors. G	Gul Cobanoglu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taşdelen Caddesi no...:36 siteler/Ankara da bulunan köseoğlu iç mekan kapıları firmasından 29 Şubat tarihinde 7 adet 5.100 TL peşin ödemeli almış olduğumuz iç kapılar 15 Mart günü teslim edilmesi gerekirken 1 hafta sonrası teslim edilmiştir. 7 kapıdan 2'sinin boya lekeleri olduğunu fark etmemiz ile firmayla 5 kez yüz yüze, 10 kez telefonla durumu belirttik. Buna rağmen firma ilgisiz ve lakayıt davranışlar sergiledi. 18 Nisan tarihinde zar zor personel gönderdiler ve gönderilen personel firma hatasını kabul etti. Fırça kullanmadan el yöntemi ile kapılara rötuş boyası uyguladı. Fakat kapılar eskisinden daha kötü oldu. Firmaya durumu belirttik ve kapıları alıp düzelteceklerini söylediler ancak 2 haftadan uzun süre gelmedi firma umursamaz ve ilgisiz bir tavırla hala bizimle iletişime geçmedi. 3, buçuk aydır bu kapı ile uğraşıyoruz kapıyı anahtarsız bir şekilde dün getirdiler. Müşterisini mağdur durumda bırakmaya devam eden misyonsuz, vizyonsuz köseoğlu firmasından kapı alacak kişilerin bu durumu göz önünde bulundurmasını tavsiye ederim. Ürünlerin parasını almadan eve getirmiyorlar ancak üründe hata çıktı 40 gün oldu hala gelip kapıdaki kendilerinden kaynaklı tadilatı yapmadılar.
