Elazığ merkez & Harput – Şehir ilk olarak Harput Kalesi’nin eteklerinde kurulmuş, daha sonra tüm bölgeye yayılmış. Şehir merkezine oldukça yakın olduğundan beraber gezilebilir. Gastronomi açısından en çok seçenek de burada.
Hazar Gölü – Hazar Elazığ’ın sayfiye yeri. Sahilinde birkaç tesis, plaj ve restoran var. Gölün içinde bir de batık kent var, su seviyesi alçak olduğunda şehir surlarının bir kısmı su yüzüne çıkıyor.
Palu – Palu, çebiç (oğlak) yemekleri ile bölge mutfağında farklı bir renk. Kırmızı et olarak çebiç tercih ediliyor ve Palu tava olarak bilinen harika bir fırın yemekleri var. Onun dışında birkaç mağara, yıkılmış kilise ve restore edilmiş bir de hamam var.
Şehir merkezinden epey uzakta kalıyor ama Bingöl ya da Elazığ üzerinden geliyorsanız Palu yolumuzun üzerinde ve uğramayı düşünebilirsiniz.

Elazig center & Harput - The city was first established on the outskirts of Harput Castle, then spread to the whole region. Since it is very close to the city center, it can be visited together. The most options in terms of gastronomy are also here.
Hazar Lake - Caspian is Elazig's summer resort. There are several facilities, beaches and restaurants on its coast. There is also a sunken city in the lake, when the water level is low, some of the city walls come to the surface.
Palu - Palu is a different color in the regional cuisine with çebiç (goat) dishes. Red meat is preferred by çebiç and there is a great bakery known as Palu pan. Apart from that, there are several caves, destroyed churches and a restored bath.
It is quite far from the city center, but if you are coming via Bingöl or Elazığ, Palu is on our way and you can consider stopping by.
