Koru Hotel Çankaya

Amazing staff. Amazing food. Very attentive. Room was very big and nice. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because one of the bathrooms were caked in pee.

A nice boutique hotel with spa and Turkish hammam. Comfortable rooms with mini bar and air-conditioning. The location is good. Not far from the attractions. The price depends the season. Generally business people decide here. Not good for families with children.

The breakfast is very nice, containing eggs, scrambled eggs, fresh salat, tea coffee, cereals and a big honey comb. Sadly the Haman and the AC were out of order, so we could not use it. The rooms are very small. The standard double rooms seem a little small for two people. The TV needs an upgrade, but they are covered by a gigantic mirror. The staff was super friendly, opening doors, changing money and doing whatever was necessary to make us happy.

I had the unfortunate event of getting the corona in my trip to turkey. A 4 day stance ended up being a 20 days one. I did my quarenteen in this hotel and the workers were very helpful and resposible bringing me all the things I needed to the entrance of my door so I could recover in a healthy and resposible way. Kotu hotel is clean and comfortable. We are happy and enjoyed our stay at the koru hotel specially thanks to Garson sinan. My advise is to add english channel on tv.

Koru Hotel is very clean, safe, fine, peaceful with comfortable and soft beds. Amazing, helpful staff are super friendly. I recommend Koru Hotel with 5 stars for delicious breakfast. For those who are going there for a massage, I'd recommend you to look for other options. We had the worst unprofessional massage experience in this hotel. Although we had arranged an appointment for 10 pm, we had to wait for 1 hour and 45 minutes until we received the massage. We were told there would be a half an hour delay, but it took almost 2 hours. We explicitly asked whether there is a jacuzzi in your facility and they responded yes. However, during our visit, we had to ask them to turn on the jacuzzi pump to work. The water was definitely not clean and the lights were not turned on, so it was completely dark. Also, the jacuzzi water was lukewarm, not hot. It is so hilarious and at the same time so infuriating about what they think about their costumers and how they offer their massage service in a four-star hotel with 4/5 star reviews! We would definitely never attend this facility anymore!!!
