★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello. Congratulations on hearing the response from the new hotel management and I wish you increasing success. My opinion has been for the history of the last two years. You can delete my message if you want. But when I enter your hotel, I remember, for example, that the bathroom light had a timer and had to be shaken or shaken at the same time to turn on the light, otherwise you would be in darkness and panic! And that was the reason for my negative score!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last week, we stayed for 3 nights. The hotel staff was quite friendly and helpful. The service was wonderful along with comfortable rooms, good food, and breakfast. Strongly advice for the guest. We would like to thank the hotel staff and the owner for their hospitality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great views from the expansive garden patios, where they serve a very good breakfast. There isn't much to see or do within walking distance, but still very near the rest of Artvin.
Very friendly staff, but their English is minimal. The only real problem I had was the noise level. On the second floor, you can hear everything in the kitchen, hallways, and dining rooms. And the night I spent there, there was a large dinner party, socializing at 110% volume until 11:30...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked on Priceline and were supposed to have a room with a balcony. We did not receive this room and then had to argue to get it without being up-charged. Breakfast was served cold and is a single plate (not a buffet). If you would like something hot, like eggs, you pay extra. The rooms were clean/nice - the only good part about this hotel. When checking out, I specifically asked for my card to be charged in Turkish Liras, which they said they were doing, but then charged me in USD and gave me a bad exchange rate and a 4.5% conversion fee. Parking is on the street but was easy to find. Overall would not stay here again.
