We contacted Mr. Murat to buy a house. Murat Bey conveyed that a person would take care of the house that day, and if it was negative, he could contact us for the next day and show the house. Although he was negative, he did not provide a response. We reached him by calling a few times and he told us to talk to other staff members, Mr. Yiğit. When we reached Mr. Yiğit, he said that they would show it to another person at 20:00 that day, and that they could show it to us at 20:30. We went to that address at 20:30 and got a call from Mr. Yiğit and learned that the house was sold. In other words, without informing us, they showed us the house by taking a person in front of us and eliminated us. We encountered this disrespectful and unethical behavior. Moreover, they did not even admit their mistakes and were not ashamed. I condemn Mr. Murat and Mr. Yiğit for their behavior. I will tell everyone around me about my negative situation. It's not just simple disrespect, it's nepotism, playing with people's feelings and dreams, and even copyright. Think twice before buying a house from Körfez Modern Real Estate!!!

I was victimized twice for the same house, three months apart. Although we made an appointment to see the house I wanted to rent in the evening and they stated that it was optional for me until the evening, they rented it to other people during the day without informing me. Tell me that the landlord has given up on renting the house and will put it up for sale 1 hour before the meeting time in the evening. The person I talked to during the day and the person who stated the latest situation were not the same person. I don't want to put other friends and the company under suspicion, but the person I interviewed (Mr. Murat) is definitely not professional and has no idea about business ethics. I advise you to stay away from this company that I have been victimized twice.
