★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most iconic places of izmir where people can come and relax o. The grass especially at night. Public transportation are close (boat bus). The neighborhood is full of coffee places and restaurants. A nice place to hang out with friends in open air.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place for contemplating the water, sunsets and perhaps you'll come across a random concert or someone playing great music on weekends. Minus one star for not having enough trashcans(perhaps one spot every ~500m if you're lucky you'll spot one).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful park and walk way all the way along the water front in easy reach of downtown and the main market. There are people all the way along relaxing , fishing. Also a walk way and a cycle / electric scooter path which is heavily used. Really nice chilled vibe to the area. With restaurant and coffee places in easy reach and some local vendors selling water and snacks walking around. Definitely worth a go see. Great views out over the water with many large cargo ships on the horizon and houses cascading down the hillsides.
