★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arkasında duramayacakları kalitesiz ürünler satıyorlar. Kısa süre içerisinde ürün bozulup iade etmek istediğimizde “ekonomik ürün zaten” diyerek sattığı ayıplı malı iade almıyor. Tavsiye etmiyorum.
Satıcı Yorumuna Cevap: 1- Ürünü alalı 1.5 ay değil 2 hafta olmuştur.
2- Sizden yaklaşık 200 liralık alışveriş yaptık ve aralarından bu ürün ayıplı çıktı. Para iadesi de değil değişim yapmanızı istedik. Siz bozuk ürünü fabrikaya iade etmek yerine müşteri memnuniyetini umursamamayı tercih ettiniz.
3-Garanti Belgesi Yönetmeliği’ne göre ürünün garanti süresi 2 yıldır. “Ekonomik ürün” diye sizi sorumluluktan kurtaran ayrı bir ürün grubu söz konusu değil. Ancak kalitesiz mal sattığınızı açıkça beyan etseydiniz biz de bunu göze alıp alışveriş yapardık.

Response to Seller's Comment: 1- It has been 2 weeks, not 1.5 months, since I bought the product.
2- We bought about 200 liras from you and this product was found to be defective. We asked you to make an exchange, not a refund. Instead of returning the defective product to the factory, you preferred not to care about customer satisfaction.
3-According to the Warranty Certificate Regulation, the warranty period of the product is 2 years. There is no separate product group that relieves you of responsibility as an "economic product". However, if you had openly declared that you were selling poor quality goods, we would have taken the risk and shopped.
