They found the car, overpaid on top of the agreed amount supposedly for gasoline, which is in the tank, to the owner of another rental. Departure from the city was delayed for 2 hours! That is, instead of getting a car from our house at 8 a.m., we ran around the city, were engaged in search and rental organization - for our money with an overpayment! At the box office, they indifferently told me for the gasoline that I had left with the tank upon return (and it was almost full) - I'm sorry - your problems, we will not count anything. In short, a disgusting institution with indifferent staff and sharpened to tear off extra money.
