Every time I call, the phones are not answered. When the phone is opened, I get an answer saying I don't know about the exam or something else. You are there to help us and provide information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eşim için "Yabancılar için Türkçe Kursuna" kayıt olduk ve kayıt için tüm işlemleri tamamladık. Bize haber verileceği söylendi kurs başlamadan önce. Bugün aradığımızda ise "kurslar çoktan başladı" dendi ve sonraki döneme kadar beklememiz söylendi. Madem haber vermeyeceksiniz, neden "size haber vereceğiz, bekleyin" deniyor ? Kurs başlayacak diye planımızı ona göre yaptık ama böyle bir umursamazlıkla karşılaşacağımızı bilmiyorduk. Halk Eğitim Merkezi gibi önemli bir oluşumun bu kadar profesyonellikten uzak, iletişimden yoksun olması kabul edilebilir gibi değil.
We registered for the "Turkish Course for Foreigners" for my wife and completed all the registration procedures. We were told that we would be notified before the course starts. When we called today, it was said that "courses have already started" and we were told to wait until the next term. If you won't let me know, why is it said "we'll let you know, wait"? We made our plans for the course to begin, but we did not know that we would encounter such indifference. It is unacceptable that an important organization such as the Public Education Center is so far from professionalism and lacks communication.
