★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muayene ortalama 2 saat sürüyor. Zaman kaybı. Çalışanlar ilgili lakin işlemler ağır işliyor. Ya gereğinden fazla müşteri alınıyor ya eleman sayısı yetersiz ya da işletme alınan müşteri sayısına göre küçük. Yetkilileri daha hızlı ve kaliteli hizmet vermeye davet ediyorum.( Bu yorum Konya karatay TÜVTÜRK için yazıldı)
The examination takes an average of 2 hours. Waste of time. The employees are concerned, but the processes are slow. Either more customers are taken than necessary, the number of employees is insufficient or the business is small compared to the number of customers received. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiyatlar çok yüksek. Bunu yıllardır söylüyoruz ama vatandaş sesini hiç kimseye duyuramıyor. Bu üzücü bir durum. Bunun yanında daha önce vize yaptırma süremiz uzun olunca şikayetçi olmuştuk. Bu sefer 12.15 randevusu 12.30'da bitti. Bu olumlu gelişme için teşekkürler.
Prices are too high. We have been saying this for years, but the citizens cannot make their voices heard. This is a sad situation. In addition, we complained about the long visa process we had before. This time, the 12.15 appointment ended at 12.30. Thanks for this positive development.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İşlerini titiz yapıyorlar ama, araç sahiplerini için doğru dürüst bir oturma alanı bile yok.
"Parasını al gönder" mantığı var. En az 1 saat oradasıniz ve oturacak bir yer, bir Çay, su ikramı bile yok.
TÜV yabancı menşeli olabilir ama, burası Türkiye. Burada müşteriye hürmet ve saygı vardır.
They do their job meticulously, but there is not even a proper seating area for the car owners.
There is a "get your money, send" logic. You are there for at least 1 hour and there is no place to sit, even a tea or water.
TÜV may be of foreign origin, but this is Turkey. There is respect and respect for the customer here.

At the time of your appointment, transactions on paper are fast, because money collection requires speed. An hour and a half passed between the appointment time and check-out. Operation time is 10 minutes.
