 They said that the tras machine I took to the Ereglular service would not be possible and they returned it by saying that it was a user error, but this service was prepared and delivered to the koktepe electronically in one day and they did not request a fee.

I examined the Authorized Service from the Customer Comments There were 2 Authorized Services in Konya I Called The One Near Me On Rauf Denktaş Street, I Said My Opinion About The Comments Halil Bey Said That The Comments Are Written by Competitors Our Iron Didn't Give Steam They Said They Made Lime Because Of The Mains Water I Is Purification I said we used the water, I quit the iron, they called and they said that the steam-giving pin will be changed and the general maintenance will be done and they will charge 100₺ for this. He Said Determines, But We Also Provide Service Some Things We Have Our Own Initiative Plus The Water Poured In The Iron Was Not Drained, So The Water Flowed In The Bag And The Iron's Cable Was Completely Wet.
