Nearby to night clubs. Super noisy

It is located in a building where there is a nightclub in the basement. Noisy in the weekend.

Positive: Only the location was good.. Negative: Not as clean as described in the reviews. Heavily smoked room and noisy from the night club under the building..

Positive: I liked it the last time so I booked it again. Indeed very nice and convenient place. Clean and cozy.. Negative: better shower water pressure would be nice.

The apartment had all the facilities, e.g. washing machine, strong WiFi, etc. except microwave which one expects in an apartment. There were many restaurants, cafes and small provision shops nearby, even a taxi stand. Ataturk Boulevard and Kizilay station are a 15-20 minute walk. However, during our stay hot water was a recurring problem. The water heater kept switching off and we had to keep restarting the heater to resume hot water. It was inconvenient. We stayed six nights. On arrival I checked with staff about cleaning. I was informed every three days. The apartment was not cleaned even once during our stay. It was disappointing. The apartment had a problem with insects. On our second day we showed the housekeeper (visiting to check water heater) an ant / insect infestation in the bedroom. No action was taken and she seemed not overly concerned. The insect problem in the apartment was exacerbated by a garden outside. Lots - I don't mean one or two but lots - of insects somehow managed to come inside even if windows and doors were kept shut. Additionally, the glass of one kitchen window was cracked. Though I communicated with property manager by WhatsApp, communication was erratic and punctuated with delays and disappearances. It didn't help that manager spoke little or no English so voice conversations (I tried) were impossible. Having stayed at many similar serviced apartments I found the host unresponsive verging on rude. Overall, an unpleasant experience.

Positive: House was huge (it did not look as big in the pictures) and super clean, shower was comfortable and there were all the facilities one needed for many days (even though we only stayed for one night). Close to everything, I highly recommend to stay in this house! Hosts were really nice (even though they did not speak English)..

Positive: I really liked my stay, all was fine. Tuna and his colleagues are very fine and kind, always at service. I liked the location, proximity to the public transport and shops around. Taxi station also close. Generally, I would stay here again for sure. Thank you!. Negative: I liked all, no real issues. I would suggest a microwave in the kitchen. Although it was generally fine, shower water pressure could be improved if possible somehow :).

Positive: This is not my first time and I was always happy with different apartments I rented from Tuna, with great location, cleanliness and kind staff. But this time I was not satisfied - apartment no.6 on the first flow in Buklum sokak 6 is unbearable in the evening due to extreme noise from the night club downstairs. I appreciate Tuna and his efforts and decent accommodation, but this apartment needs extensive sound proof isolation in order to be livable.. Negative: It was virtually impossible to sleep all night, until around 6 when the music stopped in the night club downstairs. I did not book an apartment knowing that I would be tortured all night with bass vibrating floor due to extremely loud music, even ear plugs could not help. . Also, it is not sufficiently distinctive which apartment I am actually taking when the booking is made - all pictures of all apartments are mixed. Tuna, you are a good host, but for the mental health of your guests and good business, please make a solid sound isolation for this apartment. I see other guests were complaining too. All the best in your business..
