Güya garantisi var yapamayan adamları ne diye bir daha çağırayım anca para alıyolar They say we couldn't do it, they take the money, but the machine is still broken. Tekrar çağırdım fakat makinenin hiçbir sorunu yok, sorun gider kısmında dediler. Gider borusuna baktırmak için tesisatçı çağırmamızı önerdiler. Çağırdık, giderde bir sorun olmadığını, makine kaynaklı olduğunu söyledi 200 ₺ aldı o da. Ve dediği gibi de çıktı. Farklı bir makineyi çalıştırdığımız zaman hiçbir sorunla karşılaşmadık elhamdülillah. Olan 700 liraya oldu anlayacağınız. Keşke yapamadık/yapamayacağız deselerdi de boş yere para harcamasaydık. We called for machine repair, I gave 500 liras because they said the engine will be changed. Supposedly done, we encountered the same problem again the next day. I called again, but the machine has no problem, they said in the troubleshooting section. They suggested we call a plumber to have the drain pipe checked. We called, he said that there was no problem with the expense, it was due to the machine, and he took 200 ₺. And it turned out just like he said. Alhamdulillah we did not encounter any problems when we ran a different machine. As you can see, it was 700 liras. I wish they said we couldn't/can't do it, but we wouldn't waste money for nothing.

They came late for LG washing machine repair, took the machine to the service. Despite a week passed, they did not give any explanation. I have never seen such a serious service. Also, when we called many times before, they could not solve the problem immediately. They say LG quality, but the service is very poor! Never buy LG because of the service. !!
