Çok güzel bir kilise ama çok bakımsız. Tüm süslemeler gitmiş. Giriş 5 TL 2020 Tam meydanda , kitabesi var. Giriş kapı bölümü harika. Mutlaka uğrayın.
It is a beautiful church, but very neglected. All the decorations are gone. Entry 5 TL 2020 Right in the square, there is an epitaph. The entrance door section is great. Be sure to stop by.

If you are going to Mustafapaşa town, be sure to stop by here. It is an important building about the old life of the town. One of the special churches in the Cappadocia region. It is a very pleasant place in the interior atmosphere. However, if you are going to Cappadocia for the first time and you have a limited day, you will probably not have time to go to Mustafapaşa. A place where you can leave your heart to your next trip.

Girişte biletlere bakan genç arkadaş yaptığı işi biraz daha sahiplenip kilise hakkında biraz daha bilgi sahibi olursa iyi olacak. 5 TLlik bilet ile Mustafapaşa içerisindeki tüm kilise vb yerleri gezebiliyorsunuz.
It will be good if the young friend who looks at the tickets at the entrance takes a little more ownership of his job and knows a little more about the church. With a 5 TL ticket, you can visit all the churches etc. in Mustafapaşa.

AIOS CONSTANTINOS AND ELENI CHURCH-MUSTAFAPAŞA It is in Cumhuriyet Square, next to the City Hall. The inscription above the entrance door of the church was made during the Ottoman Empire period in 1729, and was repaired during the reigns of Sultan Ahmet in 1829 and Sultan Abdülmecit in 1850. The Konstantin-Eleni church in the town center of Mustafapaşa, whose real name is Sinosis, is open to visitors and is in good condition. In June 2010, a great orthodox ritual was held, directed by Patriarch Bartholomew. In 1895, a bell tower was added to the church, which was decorated with frescoes. However, his paintings have disappeared over time. The church, built of smooth cut stone, has a basilica plan. The writing on the inscription above the entrance door; I am the church of the most holy royal family; I was built during the reign of Sultan Ahmet I of Constantine and Helena. I was decorated during the reign of Abdülmecid I, and when the famous Paisios became Bishop, I was completed in 1792 with the efforts and expenditures of the people of Sinasos. I was repaired in 1850.

Impressive entrance! The interior is stripped of its sanctity and religious decoration, yet its robust structure makes it amazing. Unfortunately it is more than often locked.

The structure is intact however, except the gate of the church, most of the frescos and paintings are gone. There is quite a lot of information regarding the church, Greeks who used to inhabit the town and the population exchange between Greece and Turkey. Entrance is 5 liras.

Hagia Eleni is a Greek church in the village Sinassos, today called Mustafapaşa. Today this church from 1850 serves as a small museum and occasionally as a concert hall. The museum tells about the Greek history of the village and its inhabitants. Once a year the Greek Orthodox Patriarch comes from Istanbul to celebrate a mass. The ancient feeling will bring you back to thousands years ago, you will feel some sacred atmosphere here! the painting on the wall are interesting.
