We ordered 30 pallets from a company called Konpalet. They said that we will deliver all your products in 1 week. When we trusted this word and called after a week, it was asked for another 1-2 days with various excuses. We said okay to that too. but we were kept waiting for a full 3 weeks by delaying 1-2 days. When we called at the end of the 3rd week, they said that they would not be able to complete their jobs and that we should take care of ourselves. Should we now ask that our job is delayed, that we will not be able to get this job done elsewhere again for the same price. a business that victimizes people. behavior unbecoming to commercial business.
