★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Davlumbaz led isigi bozuldu. Konfor soğutmaya gittim 70 TL. istedi.Elektrikciden 8 TL ye aldım. Insanları bu kadar enayi yerine koymaya utanın biraz.
Hood LED light is broken. I went for comfort cooling 70 TL. I bought it from the electrician for 8 TL. Slightly embarrassed to suck people so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Biraz şaşkın çalışanlar var, kapağı kaybeden ve kendilerinde olmadığını iddia eden bir elemanla uğraşmak zorunda kaldım ama genel olarak işlerini temiz yapmışlardı. Kapak geç de olsa bulundu, sorun çözüldü. Birkaç farklı arızada ise gayet iyi ilgilenildi. Bahsettiğim ürünler tamamen Arzum marka için geçerlidir.
There are some confused employees, I had to deal with an employee who lost the cover and claimed they didn't have it, but overall they did their job cleanly. The cover was found, albeit late, problem solved. A few different malfunctions were well taken care of. The products I mentioned are completely valid for Arzum brand.

The coffee machine and the small vacuum cleaner were faulty, I took it on recommendation, and after half an hour they made a fault finding, they said a small amount, I was surprised, I said I would buy it tomorrow.

Lafta yetkili servis arnica,arzum vb ..ama her müşteriyi herhangi bir arızadan veya üründe geri gönderiyor...şahsen ben arzum ütü, davlumbaz götürdüm gerisini geri döndüm...yine arzum elektrik süpürgesi parçası sordum yok dediler,,,işlerine gelmeyen işi geri çeviriyorlar....çakma servis...
It is one of the fake and full-bodied services in Fethiye. Lafta authorized service arnica, my desire etc.. but it sends back every customer for any malfunction or product... personally I wanted an iron, a hood, I took the rest back... again, I asked for a vacuum cleaner part, they said no,,,the job that didn't work for them is back. they translate....fake service...
