★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siparişim eksik ve hasarlı teslim edildi. Eksiklerin ne zaman giderileceği hakkında bilgi alamıyorum malesef. Çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlü fakat fabrikadan ürün gelmeyince onlar da özür dileyip duruyorlar :( sonuç değişmiyor. Para iadesi gibi bir ihtimal de yok.
Boş vaktiniz çoksa ve tüketici mahkemeleriyle uğraşmayı seviyorsanız bol bol alış veriş yapabilirsiniz.
My order was delivered incomplete and damaged. Unfortunately, I cannot get information about when the deficiencies will be eliminated. Employees are concerned and smiling, but they apologize when there is no product from the factory :( the result does not change. There is no possibility of a refund.
If you have a lot of free time and like to deal with consumer courts, you can shop abundantly.
