Bıze dedikleri daikin dı üzerinde eve gelen kombide daylux yazıyordu acaba yan sanayi ürünümüdür diye dükkanı aradım telefondaki bayanın uslubu çok çirkindi. Bana sesini yükseltıyır uygun bi dilde açıklama yapmak yerine. Satarkan söylemediği için kusura bakmayın deme gereği bile duymadı. Bende satarken açıklamasını yapsaydınız keşke diye yüzüne kapattım. Benı millete şikayet ediyor önce esnaf olmanın gereğini öğrensin. Düzgün açıklama yaparak satmalılar öyle yapmıyorsa özür dilemesini bilmeleri gerek. Bize dedikleri zamanda da montaja gelmediler iki gün evde kombi bekledik. Getiremeyeceklerse belirtmeleri gerek bugün yarın diye oyalandık. Fakat montaja gelen ustalar kibardı memnun kaldık usatalara teşekkürü borç biliriz.. Dükkandaki bayan bi derdi varsa benı arasın soylesın ustaya ve enısteme sıkayet etmesı cok cırkın..! Şikayetlık bı durum varsa asıl ben ondan memnun kalmadım.. Müşteri ilişkilerı vasat...
