★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burası Kentsel Dönüşüm sebebi ile Meram Belediyesi ve TOKi işbirliği ile 2013 yılında tamamlandı. 8 yıl içinde site çevresi döküldü. Yeniden çevre düzenlemesi yapıldı. Binaların çoğunda kazan değişimi yapıldı. Meram Belediyesi yapıcı firmaları gerekli denetimde bulunmadığı için istenilen ve vadedilen standartın çok gerisinde kaldı.
This place was completed in 2013 with the cooperation of Meram Municipality and TOKi due to Urban Transformation. Within 8 years, the surrounding area was spilled. Landscaping was made again. Most of the buildings have boilers replaced. Meram Municipality fell far behind the desired and promised standard since the construction companies did not inspect them.
