I would like to thank the clinic very much for the professional approach, quick handling, pick-up and drop-off back to the hotel, and very kind and helpful staff. The Slovak nurse (unfortunately, I don't know her name) willingly translated and explained everything to me. Human approach, clean and pleasant environment. Once again, thank you all so much❤️

I was not feeling well and was referred to this Dr I plead with all tourists and the general public do not visit this place avoid at all costs!!!!! especially Dr Adnan Sari who has no patience absolutely unprofessional dimwitt, patient welfare is of no concern to this unprofessional idiot which should have been paramount especially when listening to the concerns of your unwell patient. After explaining my symptoms to Dr Adnan Sari he became aggressive in his conduct and refused to listen to my health cconcerns by being very rude and responded with shear arrogance something which is intolerable from a Dr and I must state the Dr's in my country UK are very professional and promote personal centred care at all times with humanity and compassion as part of their remit as Doctors, I suggest Dr Adnan Sari could benefit from retraining as a PROFESSIONAL Doctor in terms of improving his key set skills towards his continous Professional development as a Doctor. Dr Adnan Sari compare and uphold your expected standards by learning from the Doctors in the west. Furthermore I must applauded his staff who were much better in patient care and understanding and in their explanation towards my care shame on you Dr Adnan Sari improve your abilities otherwise become a vet and treat animals!! I was feeling very feverish and sick in the middle of the night (3 AM); and searched for hospitals in the area. After finding this clinic on Google; I immediately called the 24 hour `Free Doctor Consultation` telephone number written on the clinic website and it was Dr Adnan`s personal phone number apparently, and after telling him about my problem, he reassured me and he got me picked up to be brought to the hospital. Dr Adnan Sari was very kind and professional, and he made me feel reborn in just 3 hours. Unbelievable. Friendly helpful staff always checked on me and they helped me with all my questions and worries. And the staff (and Dr Adnan) also spoke perfect English which was a lifesaver for me. And my insurance covered all the expenses which was greaaaaat. Keep up the good work, `kardesh`!

Doctors are young but they helped us very much with fluent English when we brought daughter after anaphylaxis. Of course with transport from hotel and from clinic. We arranged an appointment via slovakian guide and there was a Czech woman staff. So it's possible to communicate also in Czech. We recommend everyone this clinic.

Very pleasant English-speaking staff.....but 80€ to write a prescription-without seeing a doctor-seems vastly expensive!! It is a very nice clinic with professional staff but I wouldn't pay as much in the USA or UK for a private prescription. The staff were delightful and helpful but as I have a chronic problem this would prove beyond expensive long term. I will chalk it up to experience and look around. But of course I thank them for their help.

My Wife was sick and we went to this hospital because it was the nearest. For 2 infusions and 1 night they charged ne 360€ before the bill they told me it will cost 200€ at most and they guaranteed me that my local health insurance will come up to the cost but they didn't so I just got SCAMMED there. WOULDN'T RATE ANYONE TO GO THERE. IT WOULD'VE BEEN EASIER JUST TO BUY MEDICINE FROM THE PHARMACY. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

During the stay in the hotel Turtas our 3-year-old grandson fell ill with laryngitis. We were told to contact the Konakli medical clinic. We would like to thank them all, especially Dr. Adnan Sari for his great care for our grandson who was treated at your clinic. The staff´s attitude, namely doctor´s, head nurse´s ((She speek Slovakia) was very professional, immediate and human indeed. We werw very satified and nicely surprised. Thenks to your treatment our holiday finished without any big troubles. Thank you all once more

My family and I saw Dr. Adnan Sarı today for my mother, who was worried about a lump given her history of cancer. Dr. Adnan was exceedingly kind, caring and thorough in his medical care. He listened to her lungs and heard some kind of murmur left over from Covid. I was also very impressed when he prescribed exercises and natural methods for her leg pains over prescription drugs - that’s truly rare to find a doctor who’s not a pill-pusher these days! Staff also speaks English. Dr. Adnan will now research and refer us to a good oncologist in a larger city. This kind of compassion is greatly appreciated when your loved one has cancer or a history of it. Thanks so much, Doctor.
