Yeteri kadar baharat kullanması da şahane. Öyle istanbuldaki gibi ekmeği yanık, üzeri abartılmış biber kekik yok, herşey dozunda. Esnaf olarak da iyiler, ekmeğin içine hakkından fazla kokareç de koyuyorlar. Hasret kaldığımız tad. Teşekkür ederim. 10/10
I met this place the day I came from Istanbul, I had the chance to eat a great skunk. I was especially fascinated by the consistency of frying bread, rather than making it sloppy. It is also great that it uses enough spices. Just like in Istanbul, the bread is burnt, there is no exaggerated pepper thyme, everything is in its dose. They are also good as tradesmen, they also put more skunk in the bread. The taste we longed for. Thank you. 10/10
