The owner of the store began to speak at once in a raised voice and went on to shout, explaining that the linen could not be returned or exchanged. I tried to calmly explain that your salesperson gave me this size and convinced me that it would fit me. The owner of the store continued to speak in a raised voice and the salesman stood next to a smirk on his face. I don’t understand why the store’s staff allow to communicate with customers so-so, maybe only because we are tourists? I ended up leaving the laundry at the store and leaving. I do not like conflicts and do not want no one to quarrel with. I didn't even plan to write this review. I always try to be polite and treat people the way I would like to be treated. But leaving this store, I felt as if I had been doused with slop from head to toe. I will definitely not return there again and will not recommend this store to any of my acquaintances.
