Lavaş konusunda bonkörler. Emre bey ve diğer çalışan arkadaşlara teşekkürler. Tavsiye Ediyorum... I ordered over the phone, Mr. Emre was helpful. I ordered from most of the Komagene branches, this branch is my favourite.. They sent as much as the burger sauce. They are generous about lavash. Thanks to Emre and other colleagues. İstediğim menülerden birisinde 290 ml ayran yazmasına rağmen bana getirilen siparişte ayran yoktu. Bir de sipariş verirken ekstra ücret vererek lavaş istedim ancak o da yoktu. Normalde dalgınlıktır, insanlık halidir diye düşünürdüm ancak 2 şeyin eksik olması üstüne bir de siparişlerinin eksik getirildiğini ya da menüde yazılı olandan farklı getirildiğini(örn:290 ml ayran yerine 190 ml ayran) söyleyen müşterilerin yorumları iyi niyetli olmadıklarını düşündürdü. Umarım bundan sonra siparişleri hazırlarken müşterinin bu siparişlere para ödediğini her koymadıkları şeyin haksız kazanç olarak kendilerinde kaldığını düşünürler. I think they don't do their trade honestly. I ordered online. Although one of the menus I requested wrote 290 ml of ayran, there was no ayran in the order that was brought to me. I also asked for lavash by paying extra while ordering, but it was not available. Normally, I would think that it is laziness, the human condition, but the comments of the customers who said that 2 things were missing and that their orders were delivered incompletely or that they were delivered differently than what was written on the menu (eg 190 ml ayran instead of 290 ml ayran) made us think that they did not have good intentions. I hope from now on, when preparing the orders, they think that the customer pays for these orders and everything they do not put in it remains as an unfair advantage.
