Takeout is really fast. I placed an order over the phone and it brought 15 minutes to our office even though the package time was 40 minutes.

Yoğun olduklarını söylediler, anlayışla karşıladım ve tekrar sipariş oluşturdum. 2 saat bekledim sipariş yine gelmedi. Yemeksepetini aradığımda siparişi verip parayı ödememe rağmen dükkan sahibinde görünmediğini söylediler. Parası ödenmiş bir sipariş nasıl görünmüyor, tarafıma bilgisi neden verilmiyor? Kötü bir deneyimdi. ?? Bu konuda biraz daha dikkatli olursanız daha iyi olur. Bu şubeden tekrar bir şey getirteceğimi sanmıyorum artık...
We ordered from Yemeksepeti around 16.30, they canceled my order by saying that they couldn't find it even though the address was very clear. They said they were busy, I understood and re-ordered. I waited for 2 hours and the order still did not come. When I called Yemeksepeti, they said that even though I placed the order and paid the money, the shop owner did not show up. How does a paid order not appear, why am I not informed? It was a bad experience. ?? It would be better if you were a little more careful about this. I don't think I'll be bringing anything back from this branch anymore...
