★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Üç yıldız vermemin nedenlerinden biri ürün olarak sundukları çiğ köftenin içeriğini bilmememiz. Şimdi bazı arkadaşlar bunun içinde neler olduğunu anlatmaya çalışıp bazı şeyleri savunacaklardır mutlaka. Ama şunu göz ardı etmemek gerekir ben bir şanlıurfalıyım. Çiğ köftenin nasıl yapıldığını çok iyi bilirim ve çiköfte yapıldıktan sonra tüketilmelidir. Aksi takdirde kurumaya başlar. Ama bu adamların çiğ köftesi nedense hiç kurumuyor. Enteresan... Yine de nasıl yapıldığı ve korunduğu konusunda kafamda soru işaretleri olsa da lezzet olarak ayak üstü lezzetlerde iyi denebilir. Denemenizi tavsiye ederim. Bir şey kaybetmezsiniz.
 One of the reasons I give three stars is that we don't know the content of the raw dumplings they offer.
