 We went back to get my Colombian celibacy certificate, whatever the birth certificate is, thank you they wrote the wrong passport number and we went there again, I did not know that I need to get the translation into Turkish, anyway, I went to change the passport number with the documents, I needed an appointment. I was not satisfied at all, they do not do their job well, they do not deserve even a star. I gave 1 star for the sake of my wife.
