I bought my child a subscription to this hall, one day the owner's son made a scandal on the simple question "when will the sauna work?" this was indicated when my husband bought the subscription, this service was not provided, and the husband asked when it would be provided, the owner's son started shouting at this, jumped up, took a threatening pose, and then started shouting - go away! Fearing for the safety of my child, I came and demanded to return the money paid for my child's subscription, to which the owner himself replied that he would not return anything. We called the police, the police did not help in solving this issue, because it is beyond their competence. The owner behaved defiantly, did not allow not to say a word, if he managed to start speaking, he immediately interrupted, and generally behaved like the master of life. Disgusting service and attitude towards customers, this is the first time we encounter such an attitude towards customers. I strongly advise against using the services of this room, because at any time you can be yelled at, insulted, called a liar and will not return your money under any pretext. Just a real shame! With such an attitude towards customers, business is over. Avoid this place!

They have an annual subscription, then it's over...Why should they care? They always have an excuse! You'll see when even one star goes too far!
