Kokoreçi hazırlarken adeta sanat yapar gibi bıçağını kullanmasıyla çıkardığı ses midenize birazdan misafir olacak enfes lezzetin habercisi.. kokoreç için özel hazırladığı domatesli sos ve baharat lezzetine lezzet katıyor. Mardin'e yolunuz düşerse kesinlikle deneyin. Hele de hiç kokoreç yemeyenler :) çeyrek ekmekler sizler için hazırlanıyor :)
Ayrıca nohut pilav da satılıyor ama hiç tadına bakma sırası gelmedi kokoreçten :D
Fiyatlar lezzete göre makul.
Yarım ekmek 10 tl, ayran 2 TL. Çeyrek 5 TL.
Mardin lamb kokorec single address. While preparing the Kokoreçi, the sound of the knife is like the art of making a taste of delicious flavor that will be a guest of your stomach soon .. It adds flavor to the tomato sauce and spices specially prepared for kokoreç. If you fall way definitely try to Mardin. Especially those who do not eat any kokoreç :) quarter breads are prepared for you :)
In addition, chickpea rice is also sold, but it's not time to taste it.
Prices are reasonable according to the flavor.

Chicken pilaf is not bad, I normally don't eat kokoreç, it was the first time I ate it, it was good, so I recommend it, but even these places were expensive because inflation was high.
