★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personel ilgili,mal çeşidini arttırmak lazım .Bir malı bulamayınca koctas merkez magazayami gideceğiz. Mecburen başka firmadan alacağız. Dolayısıyla müşteri kaybı.
The staff is concerned, we need to increase the variety of goods. When we can't find a product, we will go to the koctas central store. We will have to buy from another company. Hence the loss of customers.

Many products available in Koçtaş are also available in this store. While I was wandering around to look at something, I liked a few kinds of products and bought them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalitesiz, Çin malı aletler bol,eskiden daha özen gösterirlerdi. Her şey pahalanınca, kaliteden ödün verilmiş gibi, yinede ihtiyaç anında ziyaret edilebilir.
Poor quality, Chinese-made tools were plentiful, they used to take more care. When everything is expensive, it can still be visited when needed, as if the quality has been compromised.
