When the first product was received, the wrong product was sold to us. When we realized it later, we apologized and a new order was made. Our cargo that came to HOROZ Logistics on 24.11.2021 still cannot be delivered and they are treated irresponsibly. I am not satisfied at all. I do not recommend it. They fail for a corporate company like KOÇTAŞ.
