I didn't like it at all because of the staff and lack thereof. Whatever I was looking for in a small place, I couldn't find it on my own.

When the first product was received, the wrong product was sold to us. When we realized later, we apologized and a new order was made. Our cargo, which was sent to HOROZ Logistics on 24.11.2021, still cannot be delivered and they are treated irresponsibly. I am not satisfied at all. I do not recommend it. They fail for a corporate company like KOÇTAŞ.
