They don't deserve even a star. I bought a broom. It was said that the guarantee will be delivered to your address. They did not send. They didn't even send e-mails. The head of the broom broke. The guarantee continues but I do not have it. They didn't help at all.

Kendinize dürüst bir muhatap bulamayacağınız yer. Siparişi verdikten 2 hafta sonra bazanın boyutunu değiştirmek istiyorum dedim. Üretimde şuan üretilen malı değiştiremeyiz dediler. Tamam teslimat gecikmesinde önemli değil dedim. Üzerinden 4 hafta geçti. Ne üretilen bir ürün var ne bunla ilgili bilgi veren bir birim var. Genel müdürlüğe kadar aradım. Parasını ödediğiniz ürünün durumunu öğrenemiyorsunuz. Teslimat tarihi geçti ne arayan ne soran var. MAĞDUR OLMAK İSTİYORSANIZ bu mağazayı tercih etmeniz doğru bir karar olacaktır.
I bought a bedroom set, sofa set, dining table and chair from Bellona store. They followed us back four times until they paid. Things changed after I made the payment. A place where you cannot find an honest interlocutor for yourself. I said I would like to change the size of the base 2 weeks after placing the order. They said that we cannot change the product produced in production. I said okay, delivery delay doesn't matter. 4 weeks have passed. There is neither a manufactured product nor a unit that provides information about it. I called until the general manager. You cannot find out the status of the product you paid for. The delivery date has passed, what the caller is asking what. IF YOU WANT TO BE A VICTOR, it would be a good decision to choose this store.
