★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadece hoşuma giden bir yer olduğu için ikinci kez geliyorum kahvaltı istedim kız kahvaltı tabağını önüme ters koydu şaşırdım kaldım ayrıca ekmek istedim sert davrandı burada iki bayan arkadaş var çalışan hiç yüzleri gülmüyor.mekanın kalitesi olabilir ama personeli çok zayıf.
 I'm coming for the second time just because it's a place that I like. I wanted breakfast. The girl put the breakfast plate upside down in front of me. I was surprised. I also asked for bread. She acted harshly. There are two female friends here, the staff are not smiling. It may be the quality of the place, but the staff is very weak.

When we couldn't find a breakfast place on the road, we returned to the center. Good thing we're back. Great breakfast, fast service and a neatly arranged venue. The attention to detail shows the quality of the business. I advise.

The food is delicious and the portions are hearty. The same cannot be said for desserts. 5 people, we ordered 5 different desserts to try, each was individually bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Düzce’de yer alan kafelerin içerisinde en iyilerden biri Kocatepe. Fiyatları uygun ve yemekleri lezzetli. Bunun yanı sıra servisi çok hızlı ve personelleri ilgili. Bu nedenle genelde kahvaltı için burayı tercih ediyorum. 2 kişilik serpme kahvaltı 79₺. Eğer üç kişiyseniz sorun etmeden servis açıyorlar.
Kocatepe is one of the best cafes in Düzce. Prices are affordable and the food is delicious. In addition, the service is very fast and the staff is concerned. That's why I usually prefer this place for breakfast. Mixed breakfast for 2 people is 79₺. If you are three people, they open the service without any problem.
