Located within the borders of Antalya province, Döşemealtı district, this gigantic cave can be reached after a long and difficult journey, but the cave view, size and history make it worth it...
The entrance of the cave, which is a wonder of nature with its giant stalactites and snow-white formations, is approximately 20 meters high and 75 meters wide. Its length is 633 meters and it consists of two large halls with its main lines, and the ceiling height reaches 80 meters in places. From the legible inscriptions of the cave, which sheds light on the regional archeology from the Prehistoric Period to the Byzantine Period, it is understood that it had a religious function in the early Christian period as well.
Kocain Cave Visiting Hours: There is no restriction on visiting days and hours.

It is a cave that is big enough to live up to its name, it is impossible to go deep without equipment, and although the dangerous access road is a bit grueling, it is a sight worth seeing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We parked at the bottom and hiked the 3.5 kms to the cave entrance. The road is rough, but it's doable in a regular car if you take your time. Great scenery. Well worth a trip if you are into caves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For those who like caves. I recommend going there very much. It’s very elevated place but the cave is really worth it. We almost finished it but didn’t have the proper equipment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The biggest and grandest cave I've ever seen in my life. It's really huge and usually there's nobody around except cows :-) Which is an advantage. The last several kilometers of the road and a little bit rocky though, but our car made it without any problem. The entrance is free of charge.
