★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6 yildir veriyordum hicbir sıkinti yasamamistim ancak 1 ay once verdigim halilarimin 4 tanesi rengarenk geldi ,aradim geldiler aldilar ama sonrasi fiyasko hep bir bahane 6 yildir renk atmayan halilar 6 yil sonrami rengarenk oluyor. Haliyi aldiguniz yere sorun vs gibi kendi uzerlerinden sucu atmaya calismalar. Halilari sozde inceletmisler ,ee resmi yazi verin ozaman yok oyle bisey diyorlar. Musteri memnuniyeti adina yapicilikta yok. Yaziklar olsunnn....
I've been giving it for 6 years, I haven't had any problems, but 4 of my carpets I gave 1 month ago came in colorful, I called, they came, they bought it, but then it was a fiasco. Carpets that did not fade for 6 years become colorful after 6 years. Trying to put the blame on them, such as asking where you bought the carpet, etc. They supposedly had the carpets inspected, so give an official letter, then they say nothing like that. There is no construction for the sake of customer satisfaction. Shame on you....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ yıkamaya vermiş olduğumuz halımızı yıkamadan getirdiler. ücretini aldıkları yıkamanın tekrar yapılmasını talep etmeme rağmen gelip almaları 1 haftadan uzun sürdü.
they brought our carpet that we gave to wash without washing it. It took more than 1 week for them to come and get it, even though I requested the washing be done again.
