Vatandaş cikarken alttaki pasajdan don fanila falan almak zorunda hissediyor kendini. This building does not suit an institution that was established for the purpose of employment, which is indispensable for serving the citizens. It is the fault of the relevant general directorate and the Ministry that no building can be found for this institution while other institutions spend the rent of the buildings and defend the harvest! The citizen feels obliged to buy undershirts or something from the passage at the bottom.
