I bought a 69×69 table and 2 chairs from n11. The next day of my product order, Mr. Isa called and confirmed the product again. I have been shopping online for years, I have experienced this for the first time and it inspired confidence in the first step. The product is very good. It arrived 2 days later with solid packaging. There was a stain on one of the cushions during the installation process. I immediately called Mr. Isa and informed that they would send a new mattress with a very humane attitude and that there was no need to send the stained one, and he sent the mattress to me the next day by shipping the same day.
