The restaurant is amazing. I had a pizza and said no cheese and they did it for me. They also made me a noodles with vegetables and soya sauce dish which was vegan. Free flatbread which is vegan. Free dips. Sometimes they give chips and rice aa a side for free. Keen to give out free drinks. Non alcoholic traffic light cocktail. Alcoholic drinks. Fresh milkshakes. Ice cream. The ice cream and milkshakes are made with goats milk. Free watermelon, apricot and peaches for dessert. One our last night there they gave us free drinks and a pot of crisps free of charge. The staff get people up and dancing. They friendly. Chatty. Will leave you alone if you request for your own space but if you are party person and outgoing they will make your stay an amazing experience. Other staff are friendly too. The only downside is having to pay fof air conditioning. The maid didn't always leave us with enough towels for us to wash our hair and body. Two towels between two people. We had to get our own toilet roll. They have a shop to buy milk and essentials but no soya milk. There are shops where you can get soya for vegans but not many places sell it and it can be a little pricy. Room is not amazing but it is spacious and pretty. The restaurant makes it in my opinion. Amazing atmosphere in there every night. Very flirtatious men working there. Love the British people ???? We never had a meal and thought: gross. Lovely food. My mum had a burger which is dry compared to British and American burgers but she still liked it. Food and drink is much cheaper in Turkey than in the UK. Drinks are cheap everywhere but still more expensive at some places than others. Staff at the restaurant at this hotel are very respectful during prayer time and turn their music off while the prayer call starts. They even reserved us a table and decorated the table whenever we said we were coming back later for dinner

Very nice hotel. Slightly run down but quite good for the price. Location is fantastic. Very close to fruit and fish market. There are some salesguys appointed to the hotel selling everything from haircuts to tattoos. Too expensive, avoid them.

For me, distance to the beach does matter and this was a bit to far. Im not ok with walking after breakfast all that way in this heat!(aug/sep2019) The pool area is good. The pool is located just next to the restaurant meaning you get sevice easy and fast from there, but if you drink to many Efes/water/ice tea while swimming and have to use the bathroom, you will need to cross the restaurant and reception wich is bad as you have to dry down yourself 100% as the floor in restaurant becomes a dangerous place to walk when wet. The bar manager speaks of 2 broken arms in 2018. The hotel is otherwice a tower, meaning many floors, but it's only 1 elevator and we experienced elevator shutdown and that wasnt fun for my girlfriend, the 2.nd time it stopped on same lift, the power went out and it got dark. She(girlfriend) was shaking when we got to hotelroom, one of the men in elevator with us pressed alarm and tried the phone located inside for emergency, but nothing happens... so even it says max 4 persons, dont go more than 3. Wi-Fi on hotel is limited to only work in the restaurant, wich I think is bad as my phone cost alot to use in Turkey. The biggest minus for Cleopatra Tower is the AC (Aircondition) wich say in the adverticement online is given for a small fee. What is small? We stay in for 2 weeks, from home we pay 300 Euro for the hotell. When we arrive and is asked for AC, we say yes, reception say 100 Euro. I belived that to be to much. The room cleaning is a 5 star, we see them go stairs, carrying and so hot temperature. They deserve applaude. To end I want to add that Mr.Mehmet, restaurant manager made our stay so much better, helpful, driving us, showing us, friendly and he dont mind talking on what ever topic/question you ask for. In 8 stays here in Alanya, Turkey this man is the most honest one so far. Salute! Oraleee!

Terrible experience. It started from that promised shuttle which never came- nobody even bothered to respond why it didn't. It stinks in the bathrooms. And we had to buy toilet paper on our own. The air conditioner wasn't working well. No Wi-Fi in the rooms. The stuff is not much helpful- they charged us twice in their restaurant and blamed our bank in USA for it. Pretty low. We planned to stay 10 nights but had to move after 3 nights. We would recommend to stay away from that hotel. It makes us wonder who writes all those 5 stars reviews for that "hotel"?

Used to be fantastic but so much have changed. People are great there but facilities are really rundown. Aircon is brand new though and perfect. But for instance our faucet was making noises all night. They tried to fix it 5 times but failed each time. Neighbor toilet also extremely loud noises that will wake you up. People smoke in the room and the smoke will come into your room via the vents in the bath room. Some positive things are new Aircon units. Staff are super guys. Pool is great. In the end we did move to a new hotel.

Great location, close to the beach, many markets around, and a very cozy local restaurant in front of the hotel. The food there is great, definitely recommend it! The staff in the hotel is friendly and always helpful. We all had a wonderful stay in there and I'd love to come back one day ;)
