Very clean and friendly staff

Ouddated but very clean and nice personnel.

Decent, reasonably priced and clean. Not really suitable for wheelchair users.

Not the best had to pay extra for air con and it was 6pm and our room was not ready for check in the staff are very rude!!! not worth the stay!!!

Although most of the staff are friendly I must caution you of few things. The air condition is too expensive at 7 euros per night and only in the bedroom so you don't get the benefit of it in the living room or kitchen area where you spend most of the time as a family or when you eat. As soon as you leave the room electricity is out and so is AC, so you come back into an oven which is very inconvenient. They give you only one key to the room which is really bad when you're a family. Safe box is chargeable. Lounge is not air conditioned. WiFi does not work in the apartments and does not work most of the time even in the lounge. The location is good and only 7 minutes walk from the beach. There is a couple of convenient stores (Bim) right around the hotel. Appt #s x01, x04, x05, x08 are bad locations while x02, x03 overlook the sea on higher floors and the main street in general, and x06 and x07 overlook the pool and the mountain view which is breathtaking.

We booked 3 twin rooms through travel agency, arrived to find they had no twins available. We're offered two apartments with a twin and double, charged extortionate amount for AC. Food was rubbish, My friend got big red spots, didn't know what they were until we found small bugs in his bed. Pool is OK but is never cleaned. The bottom of the pool has broken plastic pieces. Food is terrible, enough said.

Wrong room given on arrival. No explanation given. Both rooms very in poor condition, one room had a fridge that wasn't even moderately cold and the portable stove had it's knobs off which meant you could turn it on and hope it will be warm. All and all the kitchenette was poor quality likewise the matteresses very extremly dirty. I would advice to stay well clear, there are better options next door.
