Kleopatra Royal Palm Hotel

Good hotel. Good location. Good pools, 3 in total. Nice staffs. Rooms are clean with a beautiful view. Food depends. I am a vegetarian going vegan so food was a little pour, especially after the third day when we got tired of eating the same. Bread and desserts are not good. Juice from the machines were bad too. Coffee was very good. If you are a meat eater there is plenty of option. Be careful with people, they think just because is all inclusive food waste is allowed. People behave like hungry animals. It 's Not the hotel's fault,but the lack of respect is visible, they steal your table even if you have your food on the table. But anyway, It was a good experience and I would go back to the hotel.

It was great. The staff is the best. They 're very kind, helpful. The pool is clean and the water is nice. My room is clean and tidy. I hope to go back again.

Perfect location at the first front of beach Optimal distance from center: not very far but provides calmness (less people - more oxygen)! Very clean three swimming pools! Very nice guest relations manager, reception & reservation manager (Ali Bey) with good English, very helpful and kind. He speaks many other languages I think! I recommend this hotel for those who looks for low-cost vacations, but with comfort and safety.

Location: pretty good. Service: pretty bad. Nobody speaks English, the staff works 12h shifts so, understandingly, their hospitality, politeness, and patience are non-existent. We constantly had the need to apologize to them for merely doing their job. I don't know if this is due to covid19 or a common situation in Turkey. Food: pretty bad. Every meal was edible, but it wasn't anywhere close to 4* buffet. Another annoying part (due to covid19) is that there is no self-service. Since employees do not speak English, sometimes you don't know what you are eating. You can only point to the dish you want the f&b staff to serve you and hope you'll like it. Facilities: pools are pretty good, but you need to get up early to take your sunbed and umbrella. Rooms (above the reception) could be refurbished and another annoying part is that there are only 2 el.outlets - 1 for TV, 1 for the refrigerator. So if you want to use the fridge and watch TV, you can forget about charging your phone. The quick fix was to buy an extension cord which was pretty cheap in supermarkets. Overall impression: this is not a 4*, but a solid 3* hotel.

Right now I stay in this hotel and I can say: it's very nice. Good service and food, 50 meters from a wonderful beach. It deserves it's 4 stars for 100%. Notice, there is almost no animation, this is more appart-hotel than big hotel complex. But it has all for a good vacation with sun, sea and Turkish hospitality. Ha-ha. Right now I was writing this review internet stop working. It happens from time to time. But never mind, is's one more reason to spend your vacation outdoors. Yet internet nowadays is very important thing, I want hotel administration to notice this.

Hotel was near the Kleopatra Beach, and swimming pool was clean.Stuff were kind.Room was big and clean.Beds were comfy.Food was tasty We paid UALL Inclusive but there was no that kind of service just ALL Inclusive.Pool bar was working just till 23,00.

Good location ,big room s clean, But the personal in the whom work in this hotel from the reception to the restaurant and bar service has very bad attitude and absolutely not fit to work in a hotel brunch , personal whom work in the bar ,they have not what so ever any respect for the best or any knowledge about.bar service ,they watch there football or film in there mobile,and give no attention not what the gust asking for I was there as a gest for a week from 20 of November to 27 of November 2021 and I didn't have one pleasant day in the restaurant or the bar service This hotel offers All inclusive ,but please don't bey because the food they offer is so cheep and test less you can eat much much much cheaper food out of the hotel and much authentic turkish.food from personal serving you with respect and welcoming with a lovely smile ?

Big room. Very good looking. Helpful personell. Spa in basement is very good. Could have use of a cleaner in the hotel rooms, a more skilled cheff and a handyman to fix various broken tings. Some days the buffet is surpisingly tasty. Waterslides disabled. For the money paid it is absolutely a 5 star.
