I could here the elevator starting at 5.30 in the morning. The cat was running on a breakfast table sniffing and napping on food. I asked cleaning and I got a new hand towel and air freshner. There was hot water only early in the morning. The first and the last time there.

Me and my partner stayed here for 14 nights in June 2019. In my opinion you get what you pay for ,the rooms are cleaned every day and cleaning staff are lovely and helpfull Breakfast is from 8 til 10 in other building which is 10 metre away as we stayed in bebek but it's all the same staff. Farat is there from morning to night and works his butt off he's worked there 7 years and av not heard him mentioned in any review which is sad as he never stops. It was my birthday the last day and he made a point of wishing me a happy birthday as he had heard ..the other guy calls himself tiger is there all the time too at bar and very helpful..these ppl work work work so maybe they have days that aren't great shouldn't be taken out on customers perhaps but they made our holiday..intact am just gonna email to see if they can have us back and my 2 teenage kids in September. If u want something clean and cheap in great location then this is it .also the Turkish breakfast satisfied us .plenty a coffe also latte hot chocolate etc from machine til 10am . Bad: - The receptionist is the rudest person I've ever seen in a hotel/hostel in my life. - I couldn't pay with the credit card, although when I did the booking it said that they accepted credit cards. - The receptionist tried to charge 10% more than the price of the booking and I had to argue with him for the right exchange. - At 18:30h I went to the reception to say that there was no duvet or blankets in the bedroom. The receptionist told me to come back at 21h. I went back at 20:30h because it was freezing in the bedroom and he told he couldn't leave the reception because he was alone, that I had to wait another 30 minutes. - The room was far from being clean. - Really bad WiFi, it was almost impossible to see a video in HD. - The remote for air conditioning is almost the same price per day as the cost of the bedroom. - Mattresses, dirty sheets, bin bags and more things that were all over the place. - No TV in the bedroom Good: - Price 37.5 TL (6€)

The place is very convenient for living and beach recreation, to the nearest beach 5 minutes free walk

Very good and cheerleader financy level. Breakfest is good every morning. Nice place and staff is nice and allways there. You are going to fell in love, like I did. Different meny lunchtime and evening. Bartender is always very kind and make good drinks.

Worst experience. Rude and abusive staff ! Gives a different price on the booking and upon arrival they want to charge extra. Room not clean. Broken door handle. No toilet paper in the bathroom and the safe and AC for nonsense extra charge

Would stay away from this hotel. Most of the things are broken. Bed and towels were dirty. The frindge didnt worked. Cockroaches were in the room. Floors were dirty. All in all. Will not come back, and i do not recommend it.

A little bit rough hotel, but for the price not that bad. You can have a massage and turkish bath in the same building, which is a plus. Very close to the beach and the cable track to Alanya castle.
