★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Close to the beach, Migros is by the corner. Nice apartments, small tv. Nice stuff, trying to help in everything. Two years ago I complained cause there was barely internet and place was kinda dirty. So I got one free week I wanted to use last year. But last year there were a lot of cockroaches! After one night i left cause I've never seen as much cockroaches in my life than that night in my apartment. Was a nightmare!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big and clean rooms, everything working well. Staff is really friendly, if you need something just ask, they will surely help. We were with my friend at this hotel, both sleep well. Wi-Fi is super good, cleaning everyday. You should understand that it is not a 5 star hotel, but there is everything to make your trip comfortable. 5 minutes to the Cleopatra beach, 15 minutes to the seaport and bar street. Recommend for the open-minded people who values great experience over the endless food and drinks in all-inclusive service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked an apartment here in Advance for 16 days.I was told on Arrival that they were shipping me off to another Hotel for my first night needless to say I was less than happy.off I went to spend my first night in a hotel I had not booked.next morning I was told my room would be ready and I would be picked up at 10.30.there began a waiting game.I was eventually given my room key at around 14.00.all appeared o.k until I tried to shower .this is now my 9th day without a working shower.I am being treated like an absolute joke.in my opinion this hotel should be taken off all sites.i don’t expect 5 star but I do expect to stay in hotel I reserved for ALL of my holiday and I also expect to have a shower.Absolute shambles.manager is hopeless and actually laughs in my face
