Food is discusing it is not that Turkey tradition food that you think of, it is rice pasta badly cooked with flies flying over it, they only put the food oncr and if you are not fast it will finish

Too few sunbeds and café tables at the pool area. If you want to have a drink in the evening you most most likely sit on a sunbed and diffecult to get a sunbed in the daytime.

First of all the staf is superb polite for everything i will bive them 10 out of 10. Nice swiming pool,bar at the pool with drinks all the time for free hygene is ok room is ok food is averidge or below averidge only local speciality. All on all higly rekomended

Had a fantastic week staying here. Hotel is basic but the staff are friendly, food is tasty, it's in an excellent location and there are just so many amazing things to do in Alanya. Great holiday choice for friends, couples and families. 100% recommended.

It is pretty good for a 4* hotel in the area, considering the price/services factor. I enjoyed the friendly staff attitude, as well as the pool and free food and drinks they offer in their “all inclusive” program. Of course, there are some things to improve, but only if they want to become one of those “fancy, ‘spensive, ‘fensive” hotels, that offer too less for the title they usually get ;) Hey guys, çok teşekkür ederim! It was the worst holliday in our life! Food was disgusting. We came to breakfast after 30 minutes from start, we haven' got food. Every day, the food was same - chicken with bones, rice and fish. Chips were once. The food was bad and it was smelling! Rubbish baskets were in dining room and were smelling. We saw employes how return back uses food (baguette) which they take from plate of people. The room was dirty! The manager is reluctant! Allinclusive in this hotel isn't allinclusive! It was food three Times of day! Snack in the pool means 20 pieces of cake for all people from hotel! We have to go to restaurant because we were hungry!

Terrible hotel. I do not recomend to go to this hotel. Some photos in google is not from that hotel. The rooms are very old and needs restoration. All the rooms have only separate beds. Beds are very uncomfortable. In the room you can hear what your neighbourhood are doing. You can't sleep normally because of the noise. The pool is very small. The food are terrible and the same every day. Not reccomend to go. And it's not 4 * hotel at all. In europe it will be 2 *.

This was our first time in Turkey maybe also the last. This was the worst all inclusive hotel that I have ever been in my life. We arrived at 2 am at the hotel, the receptionist was rude and had a poor english, we wanted to a room which has a sea view and a double bed, but we realised there is not any room with this facilities. When we arrived at the room we were shocked,it does not look like as you see on the pictures. Very small room for two person, it feels like a micehole, our stuffs was on the floor, Old furnitures, dirty bathroom, small fridge without drinkable water. At least the air conditioner worked well, but it needs a cleaning. The next shock was the food. I will be honest, the food was disgusting. Even the fruits and vegetables were tastless and not fresh. The choice was limited and bad. The same food every single day, chicken with bones in a tomato sauce or creamy sauce. For breakfast only disgusting cold cuts, a kind of sausage and cheese. I did not dare to taste many food. The flies were flying on the vegetables and meats. This summer holiday was very expensive for us because we had to eat outside of the hotel because we felt sick because of the food. The hotel staff were very unfriendly and rude. They just take your empty plate and say nothing. The drinks were undrinkable, I mean cola, fanta, sprite were tasteless because they made it from syrup. The desserts were also tasteless. At the last day we got diarrhea from the food and we talked with other people from the hotel and they got also similar disease. The cleaning ladies were shouting at 6 am and 3 pm on the corridor. We cannot sleep because of the loud conversation and shouting. We left 10 TL tip for them, but they did not do anything, the shower was the same every day. We had to ask toiletpaper every single time and had to wait for the new bath towel. If you want to drink turkish tea or coffe and would like to play billiard, you have to pay. That is what I call a perfect all inclusive hotel… At the beach you have to pay for the umbrellas and sunbeds I do not know why… There were not any lifeguard on the coast, so If you have trouble in the water you rely only yourself and the people next to you. Sometimes the waves were huge and it was unenjoyable to stay in the water. The beach was very rocky only a small part were sandy, I do not recommend for families with small kids because it is dangerous. All in all I do not recommend this hotel for anyone. We were looking forward to travel home because this place was horrible. It has a 4 star and I think it deserve only 1 star.
