I discovered Klas patisserie in 2015. As a regular in sweets and pastries, I went to almost all the patisseries and dessert shops that have made a name and become a corporation in Ankara, but I could not find the quality and taste that I caught in class anywhere. Omer, the owner of the patisserie, is friendly and personally interested in the customer. As a pastry gourmet, I can say that Klas patisserie uses quality materials in its product production, which you can directly understand from the aroma it leaves in your mouth after tasting its products. Finally, my favorite products that I will recommend, All their products are great, but my favourite; Pistachio Cream Baklava Banana Roll Cake Water Pastry I wish you many delicious days with the hope that such quality, hygienic and human-oriented businesses do not disappear and multiply.
