Otel odalari kullanilmayacak sekilde eski ve rahatsiz ediciydi yatagin telleri cikmis sirtimiza iz yapiyordu dondermek zorunda kaldik klima bozukdu sabahdan bildirdik (bir gece sicak ufuren klima ile gecirdik) ertesi gun gece 23:00 de klimacilar geldi disardan odamiza girdigimizde klimacilar vardi degisim yapacaklarini ve 1,5 - 2 saat surecegini soylediler otel sahipleri 15 dklik bi islem kapinizi kapatin gormezsiniz dediler cok komik bi sekilde.Hijyen sifir banyolarda dusa kabinler kapanmiyo ve cok kucuk, tabaklarin cogunda lekeler var ve acik bufe diye bildiriyolar, makarna ve tavuk var sadece ve hic bi sekilde musteri memnuniyeti dusunmeyip kendilerini hakli cikartmaya calisiyolar 4 gece kaldik otelden ayrilmak istedik ucretimizi iade etmediler ertesi gun ucretimizin %50 sini verelim dediler dalga gecer gibi ? eger bu otel e yolunuz duserse biz baska bi otel in tavsiyesiyle gitmistik oncelikle carsaflari kaldirin giriste tabaklara bakin anlarsiniz. Sabah kahvaltisi ve aksam yemegi sirasinda otel sahipleri kapinin onunde oturuyolar aldiginiz yemekleri tabaklari sayar gibi gozunuzun icine bakiyolar cok rahatsiz edici bir sekilde,memnun degildik ... Guzel yorum yapanlarin gercekci oldugunu dusunmuyorum biz 1. Katta suit odalarda kaldik kiyafetlerinize dikkat edin dolaplari vidalamislar takilip yirtilabilir... First of all, we would like to express our thanks to the hotel staff, they were very kind and respectful. The hotel rooms were old and uncomfortable to use, the wires of the bed were out, it was making a mark on our back, we had to turn it around, the air conditioner was broken, we reported it in the morning (we spent one night with the air conditioner blowing hot) the next day at 23:00 at night, air conditioners came when we entered our room from outside. They said that they will make a change and it will take 1.5 - 2 hours, the hotel owners said in a very funny way that you can close your door in a 15-minute process. They just don't think about customer satisfaction in any way and try to justify themselves. We stayed for 4 nights. We wanted to leave the hotel. They didn't refund our fee. They said we'll give 50% of our fee the next day. They said it's a joke ? if your way to this hotel, we went with the advice of another hotel, first remove the sheets at the entrance Look at the plates and you'll understand. During breakfast and dinner, hotel owners are sitting in front of the door, looking you in the eyes as if they are counting the dishes you bought, very disturbingly, we were not satisfied ... I don't think that those who make good comments are realistic. We stayed in suites on the 1st floor. Be careful with your clothes, they screwed up the cabinets, they might snag and tear...

Tavsiye ederim ? I can say that it is one of the most beautiful places to go in Kiz Castle. I really liked the friendly staff, cleanliness, food, distance to the sea and location. I recommend ?

The food is very nice, the staff is friendly...the lean gentleman is number 10 as the hotel operator..I will definitely consider the next holiday here...
